Advertising Disclosure

FlyDirect is a travel booking service. We are not an airline and we do not operate any aircraft. Tickets are issued by airlines or by the travel partners we work with, and each airline's terms apply to your ticket.

We advertise our phone line online, including in search results and on other websites. Advertising does not change the fares or schedules you see from airlines, and it does not affect how your agent reviews your options.

Fares change frequently and may differ between the airline's website, other booking sites, and our agents. Airline fees for bags, seats, and changes are set by each airline. Before you confirm any booking, your agent will tell you the total price, including any service fee that applies.

Calls to (888) 888-8888 may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, dispute resolution, and compliance. Only share payment card details after you have agreed to the fare, the fees, and the booking.

Seat availability and fares depend on the airlines at the time you book and cannot be guaranteed until your ticket is issued. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific price, schedule, or outcome. Check travel documents, passport, and visa requirements with the relevant authorities before you travel.

For questions about this disclosure, call (888) 888-8888. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
